THE CENTRAL COAST GETS STAMPEDED
Ten thousand people on the Central Coast slipped through mud, squeezed through barbed wire and jumped into freezing water today.
No they’re not crazy – it was for one of the country’s biggest obstacle events – the Stampede.

I was at the stampede on the central coast this year. First time competitor. Absolutely LOVED it! I chose the 5km as it was my first time doing anything like this but will deffinately be doing the 10km next year! With all the various obstacles it really doesn’t seem like you’ve walked/jogged/run that far at all!
