The person responsible obviously has a very low patience and this sort of reaction is just not Normal !!! Harsh punishment needs to served We can not allow people to get away harming companion animals this could be a child next I have no Tolerance for People who harm innocent animals
Unfortunately this person will probably get away with a slap on the wrist. They should be locked up for this!!!
It’s a puppy … is this person serious ? Please ban this person for life from pet ownership as this is beyond wrong. Of course it’s going to ‘chew clothes’ if you do not train it.. no reason on this earth to stab it.
I agree with you Belinda. Cruelty against animals is often the preliminary step before cruelty to people. It’s something that can’t be ignored for it’s own sake but we also need to recognise the additional risks to humans this kind of behaviour poses.
