Young girls interested in playing basketball can have a go in Tamworth during the July school holidays.
New South Wales Basketball is running its ‘I’m a Girl’ program at the Sports Dome.
Organisers say it’s an opportunity for girls to hone their skills, without the pressure of playing alongside boys.
“All primary-aged girls who are interested in basketball can come along, try skills and have a game, for free.”
