A 13-year-old boy has been arrested over the robbery of a 24-year-old man at the Hamilton railway station at about 10.30 last night.
Police say the man told them he was approached by two youths who allegedly made violent threats and demanded money. He gave them $20 and some loose change.
The man reported the incident to police who made a patrol of the area at 12.30 where they questioned and arrested a 13 year old boy from Argenton.
He’ll appear in the Broadmeadow Children’s Court next month.
The other alleged offender wasn’t located.
