A 42-year-old man’s been charged with numerous drug and property offences following a raid on an unauthorised car wreckers at Leeville.
Police allegedly uncovered $11,000 in cash, illegal drugs, a police style batton and ammunition during the raid yesterday morning.
A stolen motorbike was also uncovered along with two other vehicles also suspected of being stolen.
“There are significant penalties for theses types of offences up to and including 5 years jail and some hefty financial penalties.”
The man has was granted bail at Casino Local Court and will re-appear early next month.
