FESTIVE CHEER FOR SICK CHILDREN

Spending the festive season in hospital is certainly not much fun.
But you wouldn’t know it today, during the John Hunter Hospital’s annual children’s Christmas party.

  1. my little max was on tonight he has cystic fibrosis which is a lung disease n we get out on the tues of xmas which brings our stay to a month in hospital he has a lung infection at the moment which is why he isin n he celebrated his 5th birthday in hospital on the 9th dec for maxs 5th birthday we discharged him n took him to the foo fighters in sydney he is a massive fan n a great drummer already he wants to be dave or taylor on the drums he has a proper kit n all foo gear n starts drum lessons after the new year all the jet guys n kurt wanted his poster of the foos hanging up, in his hospital room max wont ever give it up!! huge thanku to eveyone for making it a special day not just for max but all the kids we are lucky to b out n home for xmas but i know there are some kids who wont be its something we dont take for granted being regulars to the hospital n their nurses our blessing to everyone over the chrissy n new year xx maxs mum sym
