PROTESTORS SET TO KEEP UP FIGHT TO STOP GOLDEN ARCHES IN MURWILLUMBAH

Protestors trying to block plans to bring a McDonalds fast-food outlet to Murwillumbah say they’ve only just begun their fight to stop the global chain.

But the town’s business community is backing the arrival of the golden arches in the hope it will help boost the struggling local economy.
