A Hunter Valley couple has found themselves at logger heads with neighbours over a plan to build a boarding kennel at Windella.
The Chipperfield’s say the area desperately needs the facility, but residents fear the sound of more than 80 cats and dogs would ruin their tranquil lifestyle.
