Coal seam gas giant Metgasco says claims the company could build more tha 2,500 gas wells in the region are unfounded and nothing but a scaremongering campaign.
It comes as both anti and pro CSG groups prepare their submissions for a public inquiry on Wednesday.

How about they come out and actually tell us what they plan to do to this community then? When concerned citizens have to try and “guess” or “do the maths” themselves to work out how heavily they will be impacted perhaps the company needs to take some responsibility for the fear and anxiety that this community is feeling and move to provide some information. Let me tell you- its not concerned citizens who are scaring the community it is the threat of huge mining companies that show no regard for the people in the communities they impact upon.
