Lismore is in the box seat to claim hosting rights for next year’s Northern University Games
Council says it’s unaware of any other genuine competitor for the six day event, which has just wrapped up in Armidale.
The games attract between 1300 and 1500 athletes from universities in Northern New South Wales, Queensland and the Northern Territory.
