GAV’S WEATHER: RAIN FOR NORTH EAST NSW

Queensland remains the wettest place in the nation but North East New South Wales is now getting a piece of that, with rain under the cloud cover making its way across the north of the state.

Queensland will continue to be awash with rain as the system moves further inland, crossing over into the Northern Territory, while the moist onshore winds will continue along the east coast.

Rain over North East New South Wales and South East Queensland will ease into tomorrow, however the showers will continue along the coast as moderate to strong onshore winds settle in.
