A man has been arrested in relation to a violent home invasion in the Hunter Valley.
The wife of former state MP Michael Costa, was allegedly tied up and robbed at knife point by an intruder at her Millfield property last month.
Two small children who were in the house were unharmed, one ringing police who arrived to untie the mother.
A 39-year-old, Central Coast man was today arrested at a campsite at Millfield.
He’s been taken to Cessnock police station for questioning.
