Recent floods have devastated the Macleay Valley, with some residents having to wait months, before their land can generate income again.
Community concern over the operational measures in place to reduce the impact of flooding has prompted Kempsey Shire Council to hold a series of public meetings.
On Friday, meetings will be held at the Belmore River floodgates, the Kinchela floodgates and the Glenrock drain to discuss flood mitigation.
