A 53-year-old man accused of murdering two brothers in Newcastle last June, has been commited to stand trial in the Supreme Court in Sydney.
Police allege Christopher Angelo Filoppou shot dead 22-year-old Sam Willis and 29-year-old Luke Willis in Mayfield after an ongoing neighbourhood dispute.
Filoppou is charged with two counts of murder.
