Police are appealing for the female driver of a red Volvo station wagon, who may have witnessed a fatal car crash in Lagoon Grass last month, to come forward.
Just before 11am on December two, a Holden Rodeo Ute, Subaru Impreza and a pantech truck collided on Bangalow Road.
A 44-year-old Lismore Heights woman suffered serious leg injuries and died a week later.
Police say the woman in the red Volvo was seen driving past the accident with her hazard lights on.
“The issue is whether there is anyone at fault in regards to the motor vehicle collision, and this woman’s information is vital because we believe she is an independent observer”
