The Dean of Newcastle for 25 years, Reverend Graeme Lawrence, and Cardiff priest Graeme Sturt, will be stripped of their holy orders.
An Anglican Professional Standards Board made the recommendations, during a disciplinary hearing relating to the alleged indecent assault of two teenagers.
Reverends Sturt and Lawrence have denied the claims and have not been charged.
