Three men are yet to be formally identified, following a horrific crash at Morisset on Saturday night.
The 47-year-old driver was the lone survivor and has now left John Hunter Hospital.
He’ll be questioned by police, who are investigating whether speed and alcohol were factors in the deadly crash.
