ANOTHER YOUNG LIFE LOST ON THE PACIFIC HIGHWAY

A teenage girl has died in a collision on the Pacific Highway at Telegraph Point earlier today.

About 6am a vehicle, being driven by the young girl and carrying three teenage passengers, and a second vehicle, being driven by a man, collided head-on.

The young driver died at the scene and her three passengers are being treated for multiple injuries. They have been taken by helicopter to Port Macquarie Base Hospital.

The driver of the second vehicle was trapped for an hour before being released and flown to Port Macquarie Base Hospital.
