A cleanup is underway after a fire at a laundromat in the Newcastle suburb of Hamilton late today.
Workers in neighbouring buildings looked on as smoke billowed from the rear of the Cleary Street building.
Firefighters arrived amid peak hour traffic.
No one was injured and the fire was contained to clothes and blankets in a back room.
