A crackdown on licensed premises in Moree has resulted in eight breaches of licensing laws.
The weekend operation involved undercover police and officers from the Alcohol Law Enforcement Command.
Police say half of the breaches relate to one particular pub, where the publican was charged with three counts of having intoxicated people on the premises, and allowing a juvenile in the bar area.
