A 41 year-old man is due to face court later this month after an alleged hit and run incident, which resulted in the death of a 44-year-old man.
The accident happened on Popran Road in Lower Mangrove.
Ambulance crews arrived shortly after the accident, but were unable to save the man who died at the scene.
The 41-year-old was released on conditional bail, and is due appear in Wyong Local Court later this month.
