Coca-Cola Amatil’s bid to increase the amount of spring water it can pump at its Peats Ridge bottling plant goes before the Land and Environment Court again this week.
The company is appealing a ruling by Gosford City Council that it had not met the requirements of a trial set by the court in 2005.
