Police have decided not to lay charges against a crew from A Current Affair, over an incident involving Member for Robertson Belinda Neal, in July.
Ms Neal had accused the crew of assault and trespass after being confronted at her Gosford office at the height of the Iguanas fiasco.
Tuggerah Lakes Detectives, who investigated the complaint, say there were insufficient grounds to lay charges.
