PANTHERS PAIR IN BLUES SQUAD

Two Berkeley Vale Rugby League players have been named in the New South Wales Interstate Challenge Women’s Pathways squad. Winger Isabelle Kelly, who was instrumental in the Jillaroos clean sweep against the Kiwi Ferns at the Auckland Nines, and Jayme Fressard, who played at last year’s Central Coast Sevens with the Australian Rugby Development side. Both will train at Sydney Olympic Park this weekend.

WOMEN’S ORIGIN STAR RETURNS HOME

As the New South Wales Blues continue to prepare for Wednesday night’s origin decider, a Central Coast Blue’s star has returned home. Isabelle Kelly made the crucial try in last week’s women’s origin in Townsville, securing a draw with the Maroons and breaking their 17-year winning streak.
