COCAINE YACHT SKIPPER FOUND GUILTY
Newcastle musician, Craig Lembke has been found guilty of helping import hundreds of kilos of cocaine on board a yacht.
A jury returned the verdict this morning, following Lembke’s District Court trial in Newcastle.

The 49-year-old claimed he didn’t know the drugs were on board the yacht, when he sailed the 13-metre catamaran from Tahiti to Toronto at Lake Macquarie in 2017.
The prosecution argued Lembke knew the drugs were on board, and was to paid half a million dollars for his role.
Another man charged over the import, Daniel Percy, was this morning found not guilty,
Lembke will be sentenced in December.
