LEAKED MEMO REVEALS ‘MAJOR AVOIDABLE CATASTOPHIES’ AT MANNING BASE HOSPITAL

A leaked internal memo has revealed there’s been a number of quote, ‘major avoidable catastrophies’ in the obstetrics unit at the Manning Base Hospital this year.

But the Health Minister had no knowledge of the incidents, until she was told by the opposition in state parliament on Monday.
