Two teenagers have been charged over the armed robbery of a service station at Inverell this morning.
At around 3:45, a group of men wielding knives entered the service station on Warialda Road and threatened a female employee.
They escaped with cash and cigarettes.
Following investigations, police went to a home on Girle Street and have charged a 16-year-old boy and an 18-year-old man.
The 18-year-old has also been charged with the attempted robbery of a pizza shop in Inverell last Sunday.
