Former Lismore boy David Mead has been selected to play in the New South Wales country rugby league side.
After being included in last year’s squad at the last minute, Mead has once again been selected to pull on the number one jersey in this weekend’s representative match.
If all goes to plan it could be Mead’s opportunity break into the blues squad.
The game will be played in Wagga Wagga this Sunday.
