The Pacific Highway at Grafton reopened to traffic at around midday after a B-Double overturned early this morning.
The truck left the road and flipped on the southern outskirts of the city at around 5am.
No one was injured in the crash but it took salvage crews more than six hours to remove the truck and its load of cosmetics off the highway.
The cause of the crash has yet to be determined.
