Byron Bay surfer Garrett Parkes has missed out on the Chill Pro Junior crown placing second to New Zealand’s Matt-Lewis Hewitt in Perth today.
Parkes went down by 2 point six points, but on the upside, he now moves to number one spot on the ASP Australasian Pro Junior ratings.
