A 21-year-old man has been killed and another seriously injured, when a truck and ute collided north of Scone.
Emergency services were called to the New England Highway at Parkville just after eight o’clock this morning.
The young driver of the ute died at the scene, while a man aged in his 60s suffered leg and back injuries.
He’s been airlifted to John Hunter Hospital.
The crash has closed the New England Highway at Scone.
Diversions are in place for light vehicles, while trucks have been parked.
