The shocking death of two 14-year-old girls in a crash near Raymond Terrace, has prompted a local MP to call for more intensive driver education in schools.
It comes as tributes continue to flow for Sonja Hippele and Zara Schrepf.

i am zara schrepfs aunty.my precious neice was involved with the canteen charity after her father passed away two years ago and i know she would support this cause.something needs to be done 2raise awareness.there is just too many people dying from kids thinking theyre invinsible.and drivers be aware that your actions are responsible for the lives off your passengers.rip zara and sonya
hey i am one of sonja’s best friends, it is so heart breaking that so many young people like sonja is so bad. it is still hard to sleep every night knowinng that a best friend of mine has gone without me saying goodbye. it is also going to be hard to say goodbye to her at her funneral because i dont want her to go but i noe she is in a better place now and is looking over all of us and she will have a special place in my heart and will always be remembered and never forgotten.
