A casino security guard has received numerous facial fractures after a male patron allegedly head-butted and kicked him while being escorted out of the building last night.
The 44-year-old Mermaid Beach man was knocked unconscious during the incident.
A 38-year-old Varsity Lakes man has been charged with grievous bodily harm and will front Southport Court tomorrow.
