Buddy Hanlon running from Port Macquarie to Newcastle for mental health

A young Novocastrian is about to start a 250 kilometre marathon, to raise awareness for mental health.

After gearing-up for a year, Buddy Hanlon will set off for Newcastle tomorrow… starting from Port Macquarie.
