Victoria has upstaged New South Wales in the first one-day match at Oakes Oval.
The Blues posted 235 in the rain-affected match but Victoria proved too good, reaching the required total with 20 balls to spare.
Today the New South Wales, Victorian and Tasmanian cricket teams expressed their appreciation at the warm support they’ve received from cricket fans. A civic reception was held in their honour.
