Local health website ‘Healthy North Coast’ has launched a new online ‘drink check’ tool in time for the festive season.
It gives North Coast residents access to handy tips to help them alter their drinking habits and make changes to their lifestyle.
The ‘drink check’ questionnaire and self help guide contains information on how people can curb their drinking, as well as ways to combat alcohol dependence.
