Three men have been charged as part of an ongoing investigation into drug and firearm supply in the Hunter.
Detectives attached to Strike Force Wilwendam searched three properties at Argenton at Lake Macquarie yesterday morning.
They also issued a Firearms Prohibition Order at Salamander Bay.
It’s alleged they seized ammunition, cannabis, steroids, cash, and various documentation during their search.
A 30-year-old man was charged with drug supply and participate in a criminal group, while a 47-year-old man was charged with make false statement.
A 32-year-old man was also issued with a court attendance notice for the offences of possess ammunition and possess prescribed restricted substance.
So far 17 people have been charged under Strike Force Wilwendam.
