PICASSO GUITAR STRIKES A CHORD IN TAMWORTH

Bicentennial Park is starting to take shape, ahead of the Country Music Festival’s opening concert on Friday night.

Final touches are being made to the main stage, where artists such as Pete Denahy and Amber Lawrence will kick off the festival.

While a brand new art installation is adding a touch of tradition to the free concert zone.

Towering more than 6 metres above the ground, the sculpture has been named the ‘Picasso Guitar’.
