A body pulled from water over the weekend has now been identified as a 45-year-old man from the Mid North Coast.
It comes after emergency services responded to reports a man had failed to re-surface while swimming at Dangar Falls, Dorrigo around 11:30am, Sunday August 27.
Following an extensive search by NSW Police, NSW SES, NSW Ambulance and Westpac, a man’s body was recovered from the water about 6pm that day.
A report will now be prepared for the Coroner.
