Taree Councillors will vote on Wednesday night, on whether to allow the demolition of historic stables in Wingham.
The stables, which are adjacent to the Australian Hotel, were damaged by strong winds earlier this year.
Councillors will also view a concept plan, which has been lodged for an 86-bed aged care facility in Harrington.
