While the weather has been heavenly on the Coast it’s hell for fire-fighters just over the border.
They’re battling an out-of-control blaze with a 500 metre front near Clothiers Creek, one property was under threat, but has been saved.
The bushfire is now heading toward the township of Tanglewood.
Aerial water-bombing is underway, while a highway exit has been closed due to heavy smoke across the road.
