A man, believed to be a member of the Bandidos Outlaw Motorcycle Gang, has been charged over the alleged intimidation of Roads and Maritime Services inspectors.
Last September, inspectors issued a Wauchope trucking company with several defect notices and fines.
The same company was issued more fines in March.
Detectives arrested the 45-year-old at the business this week, following a month-long investigation.
He’s due to face Port Macquarie Local Court on June 4.
