Homeless crisis has spread to Grafton

As Coffs Harbour experiences increasing rates of homelessness – the issue has now spread north, with the Clarence Valley seeing a surge in those sleeping rough.

According to recent ‘street count’ data – more than 150 people across both LGAs are sleeping rough, but services say the actual figure is much higher.
