Emergency Beacon saves lives at Dreamtime Beach after two men nearly drown

It’s a nightmare scenario – beachgoers getting into trouble at a secluded coastal spot… notorious for drownings.

That’s exactly what happened at Dreamtime Beach in the Tweed last month… but thankfully it was home to a first-of-its-kind emergency beacon.
