Retail giant, David Jones, has announced it will continue to trade at its Newcastle CBD store, until at least February 2011.
It follows news that developer, GPT, is planning to fill empty shops in the Hunter Street Mall, providing retailers with more hope about the rejuvenation of the inner city.
