LISMORE LEAPS FORWARD IN UNION COMPETITION

Coolangatta Tweed can blame lack-lustre line outs for their flogging at the hands of Lismore in the Far North Coast rugby Union competition yesterday afternoon.

Grafton suffered its biggest loss of the season, when it went down by 71 points to Wollongbar, Lennox Head and Casino had a much closer encounter, while Southern Cross just nudged ahead of rivals Ballina.
