A better roads network, national environment plan and an emergency triage clinic in the Great Lakes are on the agenda for independent candidate Steve Attkins this election.
Contesting the seat of Lyne, Mr Attkins says homelessness among women has also fallen off the radar.
“There is no discourse occurring about the housing crisis and homeless women is a massive issue in the nation… it’s approaching 450,000, 500,000 women,” Mr Attkins said.
Voters head to the polls on May 21.
