New video has emerged of a group of vehicles driving dangerously along South Ballina Beach.
The video was capture over the long weekend, with concerns children were playing nearby.
Ballina Shire Council says the beaches’ multiple access points, makes it difficult to crack down on bad behaviour.
Council is working on a solution.
