Central Coast athletes have given it their all at the Coolangatta Gold this weekend.
The Terrigal Masters won today’s relay, with Paul Lemmon nabbing first place in the over-50s division.
New Zealander Ben Cochrane claimed gold in yesterday’s short course.
While, hot on his heels was Kyle Garrett from Avoca Beach, making strides in the water….and picking up his biggest fan for the final stretch.
He finished up in 2 hours and 35 minutes.
