Werris Creek local, Garnet Patterson left for China today, to contest the first round of the Le Mans Prototype 3 Series.
Patterson will partner with Chinese driver Martin Cao for Eurasia Motorsport team, as part of the four round series.
Patterson finished third in last year’s Asian Le Mans Series.
The pair will contest round one of the new series at the newly built Zhejiang International Circuit.
